Odinioară eraţi întuneric; dar acum sunteţi lumină în Domnul. Umblaţi deci ca nişte copii ai luminii. Efeseni 5:8

Inainte de Isus noi nu eram doar in intuneric noi eram intuneric. Era natura noastra, venea din faptul ca toti ne-am nascut pacatosi, doar ca nu cunoastem binele de rau cand suntem mici, cunostinta si deosebirea binelui de rau vine prin traire, prin maturizare.

Pana nu ne intalnim cu Cristos nu avem lumina, nu putem fi lumina.

Cand are loc aceasta intalnire primim lumina, devenim lumina. Cineva spunea ca intunericul este absenta lumnii... deci atunci cand primim lumina lui  Cristos ar trebui ca intunericul sa dispara din orice ungher al fiintei noastre. Doar ca uneori este incapatanat si oricat incercam sa scapam de el nu reusim, pentru ca trebuie sa intelegem ca a fi lumina este in aceeasi categorie cu a fi mantuit, nu o putem face pe cont propriu, de unii singuri. Mantuirea vine de la Cristos si putem fi lumina doar in EL.

Deci sa intelegem faptul ca noi suntem copii ai luminii prin faptul ca suntem cu Cristos in Dumnezeu. Si sa ne comportam ca si copii ai luminii.
