Alergatul este un exercitiu fizic benefic, dar oare cati dintre noi practicam ”alergatul spiritual”?

Dumnezeu este adapostul si sprijinul nostru...Dumnezeu este stanca si scutul nostru...Dumnezeu ne poarta pe bratul Sau ne ocroteste la umbra aripilor Sale... Si totusi in mijlocul problemelor, tristetilor, ingrijorarilor, in loc sa practicam ”alergatul spiritual” noi incercam toate solutiile posibile in afara de cea evidenta...

Exact ce e ”alergatul spiritual”? Acest exercitiu benefic pentru spirit il neglijam, in loc sa alergam prima data la Dumnezeu atunci cand problemele vietii parca ne coplesesc noi  uneori alergam in directia opusa, cautam ajutor la oameni, alergam la usi care ni se inchid in fata si evitam pana in ultimul moment sa pasim pragul usii deschise care ne-ar duce la Dumnezeu.

Stiu ca uneori incercam sa gasim scuze de genul: ce sa ma mai duc la Dumnezeu, e asa problema mica, ma descurc si singur/a; sau uneori ne simtim rusinati sa mergem inaintea lui Dumnezeu, poate pacatul ne intuneca privirea... Dar mai stiu ca Dumnezeu a facut pentru noi sacrificiul suprem, jertfa Fiului Sau... ca sa avem si noi libera trecere in fata Lui...si daca a facut asa ceva, oare sa nu ne ajute atat in problemele marunte cat si in cele mari?

Aceasta isi doreste Dumnezeu de la noi: sa-L lasam sa-si manifeste slava si puterea prin rezolvarea pe care o aduce problemelor noastre, prin mangaierea calda adusa in necazurile noastre, prin binecuvantarile care suprima ingrijorarile noastre!
